3. Proof of Condition: For all return or refund requests, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of the item's condition upon arrival. This video will help us determine whether the product is damaged or meets our quality standards.

4. Refund Options: Upon approval of your return request and verification of the item's condition, you have the following options:
